We work hard to deliver high quality services to our customers, but occasionally things go wrong, and you are dissatisfied with the Association or one of our contractors.
Please tell us so we can put the matter right and avoid making similar mistakes.
Compliments
If the compliment refers to an individual member of staff or contractor, they are given a copy of the compliment. We will contact you within 5 days to thank you for taking the time to compliment us. All compliments are reported to the Operations Committee quarterly.
