How to report a repair and make appointments

Tenants should report all repairs to the Repair Line on 0845 840 7400 during office opening times are: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.00 pm.

Tenants should advise the Repair Line if they can not keep an appointment with the contractor.

You can report Emergency out of hours repairs on 0845 840 7400 

An Out of Hours emergency repair is a repair which cannot wait to be reported for the following day as there is danger or risk to life or limb or a serious structural damage to your home.

Examples of out of hours emergency repairs may include major leaks, loss of electricity, or no heating.
